Blue

KING COLE, UPPER BENCH, NARAMATA, BC

This velvety semi-soft, surface ripened blue with veining throughout is a bold, fully flavoured cheese with delightful hints of apple and pear.

VALDEÓN, SPAIN

A fairly powerful blue, saltier than Stilton yet not too harsh, made in northern Spain mainly from pasteurized cow’s milk with a small amount of goat and sheep’s milk all beautifully wrapped in Sycamore leaves.

GREY BABY, UPPER BENCH, NARAMATA, BC

Smooth and silky, a surface ripened blue which is soft and creamy. Occasional veining throughout with a luscious, lingering mushroom flavour.

FORMAGGELLA, LUMBY, BC

It looks like a Brie, but it’s not! A very popular cheese in the Italian Alps, it has smooth texture that softly melts in your mouth and a mild flavour that tastes like a glass of fresh milk.

MT. IDA, TERROIR, SHUSWAP, BC

Mt. Ida is a soft, rich, seasonal cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It has a relatively mild flavour with a sweet earthy smell and delicate notes of mushroom on the palate.

UPPER BENCH U&BRIE, NARAMATA, BC

This rich and creamy brie that is sweet & nutty with hints of mushroom.

Semi Soft

MONASHEE GOLD, LUMBY, BC

This cheese brings out the buttery flavour of the rich pastures in White Valley. The wheels of about 5kg get washed with a brine every three days for up to two months or longer. Without any extra added cream, this cheese is tasty and soft with a special buttery flavour.

ALPINE GOLD, THE FARM HOUSE, KENT, BC

Notes of sweet hay, butter and almonds dominate the palate. A lovely rich example of a washed rind cheese that is not too overbearing in it’s aroma.

ALPINDON, KOOTENAY ALPINE CHEESE CO., LISTER, BC

Made from whole raw organic cow’s milk, Alpindon, meaning “Gift of the Alpine”, follows centuries old tradition as it is hand-rubbed and made only with milk from summer pastures. It exhibits a smooth nut flavour, complex finish, rich golden interior and a dark textured rind. Produced on-farm from their single organic herd and cave aged for a minimum of 90 days. This beautiful Beaufort d’Alpage style cheese is a stand out!

AVONLEA CLOTHBOUND CHEDDAR, P.E.I.

Flavours and aromas of toasted nuts and hints of caramel. This unpasteurized cow’s milk cheese has a firm texture with a nice tang in the finish.

EXTRA AGED COW GOUDA, SMITS & CO.W, CHILLIWACK

This gouda is both intense and complex. The texture is brittle, like a Parmiggiano Reggiano. The taste is rich and packed with flavour and a sweet caramel finish.

LE CANOTIER DE L’ISLE, QUÉBEC

Firm surface ripened cheese, with a thin crust and ocher tints. The ivory paste, balanced and persistent on the mouth, reveals very typical nutty tastes of fruit and cream. It is crafted from non-pasteurized cow’s milk from the Isle-aux-Grues in Saint-Laurent.

This gouda is both intense and complex. The texture is brittle, like a Parmiggiano Reggiano. The taste is rich and packed with flavour and a sweet caramel finish.
